Fawad Alam:The Star of Pakistan Innings versus Sri Lanka

Why is Fawad Alam included in Pakistan's team. This has always been an unanswered questioned. But today after his brilliant innings of 102 not out on just 153 balls with six 4's and one 6, he has proved his worth for the team. He became the first Pakistani to score a Century on a debut away from home and became the 10th batsmen to score a century on test debut after Yasir Hameed(170), Khalid Abdullah(166) , Javed Miandad (163) Azher Mahmood (128*) ,Ali Naqvi(115), Muhamed Wasim(109*), Younis Khan(107), Yasir Hameed (105*),Taufeeq Umar(104) and Salim Malik(100*). Fawad Alam's just have to be consistent and keep Performing like this for Pakistani Cricket Team.

Shahrukh Khan has been the world's 41st Most Powerful man followed by Osama Bin Laden. He has recieved international recognition all around the world> He also has his wax statue at Madame Tassaude's Museum along with other bollywood stars, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Salman Khan.

This time University of Bedfordshire , UK has awarded him an honorary Doctorate degree to SRK. He has been very happy to receive the honor.
Some of the other Bollywood celebrities receiving this honor are Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty, Amitabh Bachchan and Oscar Winning Musician A.R. Rehman.

Pakistan versus Sri Lanka

Pakistan will be facing Sri Lanka tomorrow on July 12th,209 once again after crushing them in world cup final and being crushed even worse in the first test against Sri lanka. Playing 3 days of excellent cricket, Pakistan was just not good enough on the forth day and lost 8 wickets scoring only 46 runs facing a defeat by 50 runs. Now Pakistan and Srilanka will face each other in Colombo,Sri Lanka . 

Younis Khan said that the Galle's defeat is taken in a positive way. Pakistan  has to win the the both test now to win the series. To draw the 3 test match series Pakistan will have to win one and draw one. Yousaf has been spectacular in the first innings and has shown his value for Pakistani team. Pakistani team has to perform once again and must concentrate on their skills to finish the game.

On the other hand Sri Lanka will win the series even if both tests are drawn. Sri Lankan Captain Sangakara has asked their batsmen to perform better as their bowling was good on the last day of the test although they were not impressive in first innings.  We wish Pakistan and Sri Lanka best of luck for the test and hope to see a good game of Cricket.

NEW YORK----Review

9/11 has been the favorite theme of making films for the producers for the last few years. We were able to see some good films like Khuda Kay liye,  Yun hota to kya hota United 93, Oliver stone's World Trade Center, but this time its one of the biggest production company in India, Yash Raj Films which has come up with New York.
It is a story of three college friends studying in America and what happens to them after the 9/11 incident which has affected the lives of almost every Muslim in America. Neil has ruled the first half of the film and was excellent in Omer's Character whereas John has been the center of attraction in second half as Sam . Katrina who plays the wife of (watch the film) has delivered her best performance yet. Irfan Khan who plays the role of CBI officer was as usual proved that he is one of the finest actors in the industry. There has been many surprises in the film and the music has been great specially the song "hai junoon" which was also the background music in some of the scenes.I must say it is one of the finest film made by Yash Raj banner and a must watch film for all of you guys out there.

"Akshay Kumar and Micheal Jackson"

Akshay Kumar says that he has been a fan of the King of Pop for a long time when he was a waiter. He said he still remembers that listening to his songs like "billy jeans" etc and he says he happened to be one of the audience in his 1996 concert in India and he was jumping like any other fan to see a glimpse of Micheal Jackson. Now he is planning to make a movie about Micheal Jackson and want to dedicate that to The King of Pop. Well we just want to wish him good luck and hope to see him soon again as his movies in the recent past "8 x 10 Tasveer, Chandni Chowk to China, and Kambakht Ishq didnt do that well on box office.

Kambakht Ishq

Seems like one of the most awaited film of the year “Kambakht Ishq” Has come and gone quickly. Featuring the most successful Stars of last year Akshay and Kareena the film was absolute trash. The only thing that is saving the movie is Slyvester Stallone’s short role. People were kept in dark that the actor also known as John Rambo features in the movie but he was in the movie for hardly 10 min. Akshay Kumar’s acting was good as usual and Kareena was Okay. The comedy of Javed Jaffrey was really bad and he featured in the movie without any logic. The two surprises were Aftab and Amrita which were not very pleasent. The film had weak story line and is absolutely not worth watching so people dont waste your time or money cause its absolutely not Paisa Vasool.
